Please note that for this years’ meeting, we are using a new registration platform, resulting in a different registration process to previous years.
There is a separate registration link for each category. It is important to ensure you select the correct link to avoid registering incorrectly.
For groups, a maximum of 30 registrations can be made at one time. However, please be aware that it will not be possible to register a group of delegates from more than one category.
Please note that when registering, you may be asked to verify your purchase via 3D Secure. If your credit card is from a bank that is not set up for this capability, you may reach an error page when trying to complete your registration.
Your options are:
– Start your registration process again as the 3D Secure system is random and may not prompt again
– Use a different credit card, American Express and Diners Club cards are not affected by this.
– Call your bank and ask to be set up on the 3D Secure system.

Ophthalmologist – Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.
Allied Healthcare Professional – Available to optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff and ophthalmic photographers. Doctors and commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee. Verification is required in the form of a work ID or letter from your employer/hospital.
Trainee/Resident – Available to trainees/residents. A letter of verification from employer or clinical supervisor is required.
Orthoptist/Ophthalmic Technician/Nurse – Available to orthoptists/ophthalmic technicians/nurses. Verification is required in the form of a work ID or letter from your employer/hospital.
Registration Fees are in Euro and are listed without VAT, charged at 21%

80% of the fee(s) paid will be refunded if a request is received by the registration department by the following date: Thursday August 6th 2020
50% of the fee(s) paid will be refunded if a request is received by the registration department between the following dates: Friday August 7th 2020 – Thursday September 3rd 2020
Cancellation of delegate registrations will not be eligible for a refund if a request is made after the following date: Thursday September 3rd 2020
Refunds will be made to the credit card used when registering.
Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified in writing on or before Thursday October 1st 2020.
Notification must be received by email to the Registration Department and include a copy of a visa refusal letter from the Embassy must be included for refunds to be eligible.
No refunds will be made after this date or without a visa refusal letter.
