80% of the fee(s) paid will be refunded if a request is received by the registration department by the following date: Thursday August 6th 2020
50% of the fee(s) paid will be refunded if a request is received by the registration department between the following dates: Friday August 7th 2020 – Thursday September 3rd 2020
Cancellation of delegate registrations will not be eligible for a refund if a request is made after the following date: Thursday September 3rd 2020
Refunds will be made to the credit card used when registering.
Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified in writing on or before Thursday October 1st 2020.
Notification must be received by email to the Registration Department and include a copy of a visa refusal letter from the Embassy must be included for refunds to be eligible.
No refunds will be made after this date or without a visa refusal letter.
